{No Fail Pizza Dough}


1-1/2 C. Water
1-1/2 TBS. Olive Oil
3-1/2 C. Bread Flour
1-1/2 TBS. Sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Yeast

Directions:
layer in bread maker in order of ingredients.  Press Quick dough setting or if making with the kitchen aid, dissolve yeast in water {warm}and sugar and let raise for 10 minutes.  Then add salt, oil and slowly stir in flour.  Roll out on pizza stones.  Bake at 400 degrees for 12-18 minutes or until done.  Makes 2 12 inch pizzas.

BBQ Chicken Pizza:

Make no fail pizza dough and roll onto stones.  You can season stones by spraying with cooking spray and then sprinkling Johnny's garlic spread.  After rolling spread Sweet Baby Rays Barbeque Sauce.  Spread grated mozzarella cheese on top.  Then evenly spread cooked cubed chicken {I like to mix with a little bbq sauce first}green onions, and whatever else you might like...Pineapple chunks would be really good.  Bake in over at 400 degrees for 12- to 18 minutes or until done. 

Supreme Banana Cream Pie

{Supreme Banana Cream Pie}


1-1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 
3 TBS. splenda or sugar
1 C. light sour cream
1/2 C. milk or almond milk
1 pkg. {large size} sugar free banana cream instant pudding
1 container {16 oz. frozen light whipped topping, thawed}
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 TBS. graham cracker crumbs or pecans, grated 
Raspberries and mint leaves {optional}

Directions:

In bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, butter, and splenda.  Mix and press crumb mixture onto flat bottom of springform pan.  In another bowl, whisk sour cream and milk until blended.  Add pudding mix.  whisk until pudding is dissolved.  Add whipped topping, mixing until well blended.  Spread half of filling over crust.  Slice bananas and arrange over filling.  Spread remaining filling over bananas.  Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs or grated pecans over the top.  Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves if desired.  
To searve:  remove collar from pan.  Cut into 12 wedges.  Yeild :  12 Servings.

Note:  I will use whip cream in the can to decorate the top of pie and then put raspberries or bananas on top to garnish.

German Chocolate Caramel Brownies

German Chocolate Caramel Brownies


1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 German chocolate cake mix
25 - 35 caramels or a bag of caramel bites
1 pkg milk chocolate chips

Directions:

pre-heat oven to 275 degrees.  Mix melted butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, and German chocolate cake mix in bowl and mix.  take 3/4 of dough and press in a 9x13 greased pan.  bake for 10 minutes and cool for 10 minutes.  in small bowl, melt caramel and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.  microwave for 23 seconds stirring each time until melted.  Pour melted caramel over cooled brownies.  sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over brownies and melted caramel.  With rest of the dough, make small balls and flatten and place on top of chocolate chips.  bake for 10 to 12 minutes.  Enjoy!!!

Traditional Pizza Dough {bread maker}

Traditional Pizza Dough


1-1/2 C. Water
1-1/2 TBS. Olive Oil
3-3/4 C. Bread Flour
1-1/2 TBS. Sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 tsp. Yeast

Layer in breadmaker in order of ingredients.  Make in dough setting.  When dough is done, roll out onto pizza stones.  {sprinkle some johnnys garlic spread on pans before rolling dough out}
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned on top and bottom.
makes 2-12 inch pizzas

{The Best Peanut Butter Bars}



1-1/2 Cup Shortening
1-1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1-1/2 Cup White Sugar
1-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 3 Eggs
1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix together until well blended
3/4 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2-1/3 Cup flour
3 Cups Oats
Mix together and then add to wet mixture. Then add:
1-1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Spread onto a greases cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 degrees for 13 minutes.  Let cool and then add Chocolate Frosting.

{Chocolate Frosting}
3/4 cup softened butter
1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla
dash of salt
3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
5 Cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk or water

Beat butter, cocoa powder, & milk together until smooth and soft.  Add powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla.  Continue to beat until fluffy and smooth  spread over cooled peanut butter bars.  Enjoy!

{Grandmas Soft Gingersnap Cookies}

2 C. Sifted Flour
1 TBS Ground Ginger
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 C. Shortening
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 C. Dark Molasses
1/3 C. Sugar & Ginger

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Sift flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing bowl.
Stir to blend evenly and sift a second time.  Place shortening into a mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Gradually add sugar, eggs and molasses.  Add flour mixture slowly scoop into balls and roll in the sugar ginger mixture and put onto cookie sheet.  Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until the tops are rounded and slightly cracked.

{The Best Banana Cake}

1-1/2 C. bananas {smashed}
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 C. flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 C. butter softened
2-1/8 C. Sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 C. Milk {can use water}

{Frosting}
1/2 C. butter {softened}
1- 8 oz cream cheese {softened}
1 tsp. vanilla
3-1/2 powdered sugar

Pre-heat oven to 275 degrees.  {I bake at 300 degrees on convection setting}Grease and flour a 9x13 {I use a 9x11 to make cake taller}cake pan.  In small bowl, mix lemon juice to mashed bananas.  Set aside.  Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.  Set aside.  Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Beat in eggs and then vanilla.  Beat in the flour mixture with mild.  stir in banana mixture.   Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick is clean.  Remove and freeze for 45 minutes.  This will make very moist. Frost with cream cheese frosting and refrigerate until ready to serve.
